Neeraj S. Bhavani – Founder, President & CEO

Neeraj has over 16 years of experience in Strategy and IT consulting with experience in Healthcare, Databases and Wireless. Neeraj specializes in taking new and emerging technologies to market. He built the company from the ground-up, which involved corporate development, strategic planning and product management. Someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, Neeraj has been successful in identifying key market gaps, establishing clear and defensible differentiation and raising money for the company. Neeraj is the Co-Chair for Commnexus (formerly San Diego Telecom Council) Location-Based Service group. He has done Business Development work in the Wi-Fi Hotspot industry and has recently done Management Consulting for a Mobile Entertainment company that involved building Entertainment and Technology roadmaps for US Carriers. He was involved in IT leadership roles at various companies in the US, including Kaiser Permanente, IBM, Candle Corporation, General Motors, Amgen and Blueshield. Neeraj earned a Masters degree in Computer Science from BITS Pilani (India) and MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management with emphasis in Finance and Entrepreneurship.

Girish Kulkarni - CTO

Girish has taken several products from conceptualization to market in diverse areas such as productivity tools, Expert Systems, application middleware platforms, and performance and availability management and monitoring during his 25 years in the software industry. During this period, he held several technology leadership and management positions at Tata Consultancy Services, Candle Corporation, and IBM. Girish has a Masters degree in Computer Science and a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay.

Gerald Forth

Gerry is the former CEO of Pyxis Corporation, EDiX and IntelliDOT where he was also co-founder. He has more than 25 years of healthcare executive management experience and has focused on early-stage companies for the past 20 years. He is a director of IntelliDOT and Osayso, an internet start-up company.

David D. Swenson

A hospital pharmacist by training, Dave left his position at Swedish Hospital Medical Center in Seattle in 1990 to join Pyxis Corporation in its infancy. At Pyxis, he rose from marketing manager and architect of many of the early customer programs to Vice President of Business Development. Dave is an acknowledged industry expert in the area of pharmacy automation. Recently, Dave was Executive Vice President of Marketing for Woodside Biomedical, the producer of electronic nerve stimulation products used in the treatment of post-surgery anesthesia-induced nausea. He is current COO of Intellidot, a VC-backed company focused on reducing medications errors.

Jean Balgrosky, MPH, RHIA

Jean till recently was Senior Vice President and CIO at Scripps Health in San Diego, California. At Scripps, she has created and implemented an innovative IT Plan, focusing on integrating, enhancing, standardizing and consolidating the information technology and systems. She came to Scripps from Holy Cross Health System. Jean has authored many articles and speaks frequently at national healthcare professional society meetings. She earned her bachelor's degree magna cum laude (1974) and master's degree (1981) both from UCLA School of Public Health and plans to complete her studies and research for a Ph.D. in Public Health - Health Services, with a specialization in management information systems also from UCLA. She has been accredited by AHIMA as a registered health information administrator since 1975.

Josh Wisham

A consultant to healthcare IT companies Josh is a former founding partner and executive at Medsphere Systems located in Aliso Viejo, CA. Prior to that was a senior vice president of clinical strategies at Misys Healthcare Systems where he was responsible for product direction, business development, marketing and strategic action across the organization. Previously, Wisham served as senior vice president of client services. He has more than 20 years' experience in health care. Before joining Misys, Wisham was vice president of client services for PACE Health Management Systems.
