As the founder of TAGNOS, Neeraj is a recognized expert in wireless healthcare and workflow automation and currently drives success for sales, fundraising, and product road mapping. Since founding the company, Neeraj has leveraged his strategic vision and vast experience working in the healthcare automation industry to elevate TAGNOS and its product offerings.

Born in Vizag, India, Neeraj first obtained an MS in Computer Science at BITS Pilani in India before earning an MBA at the University of California, Los Angeles with an emphasis in Finance and Entrepreneurship. Prior to founding TAGNOS, Neeraj has worked for many successful companies including Roundworld Solutions, TiE SoCal, Kaiser Permanente, Blueshield of California, and Amgen. It was his experience working with product concepts, design, and patents, that lead him to develop the workflow automation technology that would become the cornerstone for TAGNOS. Since then Neeraj has helped raise over $12M for TAGNOS through recognized venture capitalists, corporate investors including Honeywell, Zebra Technologies and Cisco, and prominent angel investors. He has served as Sponsorship Chair on the board of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) Southern California Chapter and served as co-Chair for EvoNexus loT group. Neeraj is also the former President of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs) SoCal chapter where he founded a virtual incubator called TiE SoCaL Labs which gave birth to TiE SoCal Angels.

Neeraj is a highly skilled visionary and storyteller that approaches all of life’s challenges with determination and grit. Ever a connector and people person, Neeraj can often be found developing valuable connections with potential partners and works closely with his teammates to ensure their success. When he isn’t securing new partnerships or developing new product offerings, Neeraj enjoys spending his free time reading books, taking long walks, relaxing with yoga or meditation, and spending time with his children.

Elevating the sales with a clinical understanding

Jack has found success in the sales field by relying on his passion for networking, ambitious personality and tireless work ethics. With experience working directly with the OR clients, Jack possesses the skills and acumen necessary to bring the TAGNOS solution to the patients and physicians that need it.

A native of San Diego, Jack obtained his BS in Business/Commerce and Marketing from Aurora University. Following his education, Jack held a position as an Account Manager for Aston Carter, a prominent recruitment and staffing agency, before obtaining a position at Stryker. It was here that Jack gained valuable experience working within the OR environment as well as a wide variety of technology solutions that Stryker offers. As an Account Executive for TAGNOS, Jack is now combining his acquired business and sales skills with his strong understanding of the clinical setting to elevate the sales team.

Jack is an enthusiastic and team-oriented individual that relishes the opportunity for collaboration. Whether it’s learning from the wisdom of the existing team or leading the charge with a new endeavor, Jack is a pleasure to work with and always brings a positive energy to the team. As TAGNOS continues to evolve to better serve its clients, Jack remains passionate about engaging with hospitals throughout the country to help increase their efficiency and overall revenue.

A native of San Diego, Jack enjoys the typical outdoor activities of a Southern California resident, including golfing, surfing, running and cycling. However, when he isn’t working up a sweat under the sun, Jack can be found spending quality time with his wife and child.

Adam has 15 years of experience managing and strategically growing businesses. He has expertise in relationship cultivation, growth planning, revenue generation, cross-functional leadership, and team development at Fortune 100 and startup companies.

Adam’s career began as an officer in the United States Navy before founding a multimedia company. His first corporate role involved leading strategic sales and account management teams for General Electric Healthcare. At GE, he consistently surpassed YoY revenue goals and was promoted to consult, lead, and oversee the executive relationships at Hoag Hospital and Scripps health systems. In his next role, Adam was selected to serve as a founding member leading the Americas P&L and managing the sales and clinical teams for a GE / Intel Telehealth joint venture. As an entrepreneur, Adam successfully led a RTLS-based, Technology (SaaS) startup from inception through a successful acquisition.

Adam currently helms TAGNOS’ commercial activities, channeling his relentless passion into realizing the company’s messaging, vision and revenue activities. By leveraging his diverse background, Adam quickly assesses and implements creative ideas to illuminate our core messaging, accelerate the sales cycle, and launch the TAGNOS ‘Re-Imagined’ campaign.

Adam holds a BS in Economics from The United States Naval Academy and served in the US Navy as a Surface Warfare and Logistics Officer.

Engineering solutions for a better experience

Throughout a professional career spanning over thirty years, Jag has developed a number of innovative technology solutions for industry-leading companies. With an extensive background in mobile technology and API integration, Jag has found consistent success conceptualizing, delivering, and implementing product solutions for enterprise-level clients.

After receiving his MBA, Jag held executive-level roles for companies such as Motorola and GE where he led supply chain and compliance projects, providing him with the experience needed to eventually develop the robust TAGNOS workflow orchestration architecture. As an entrepreneur, Jag assumed a leadership role at a promising startup, where he gained valuable insights needed to guide TAGNOS’ product development from inception to implementation.

As the current Chief Technology Officer for TAGNOS, Jag delivers end-to-end product solutions needed to elevate the company and exceed customer expectations. For over five years, he has led product development, created AI/ML solutions to help reduce the burden in healthcare, developed integrations with Vocera, Zebra, Redox, Cisco Spark, Microsoft Teams, and created prototype solutions with Amazon Alexa to drive voice recognition innovation to name a few of his many accomplishments.

Always level-headed and easy to work with, Jag attributes his career success to his positive outlook and enthusiastic motivation to bring exciting solutions to market. Jag is a hands-on leader that prioritizes camaraderie and team chemistry, and he never hesitates to work in the trenches with his team. He encourages continuous learning and leads by example by personally undertaking many research projects.

As an avid promoter of outdoor exercise and a healthy lifestyle, Jag often spends his free time hiking with his golden retriever, Thor, traveling and experiencing cultures around the world, and relaxing to a home-cooked vegan dinner.
